Ranieri Tonissi is the exclusive importer of marine diesel engines manufactured by MAN in Nuremberg. In our workshop we prepare the engines for delivery according to customers’ needs.
GENERAL INFORMATIONS
In our workshop we deal with all the processing phases before delivery to the customer: gearbox coupling, wiring and painting. Each step is carried out by qualified staff in compliance with the certification body tested procedures. The spare parts warehouse supplies original spare parts in Italy under exclusive right. We meet any kind of request, also during the whole summer season (including Sunday and public holidays).

We meet any kind of request, also during the whole summer season (including Sunday and public holidays). The boat inactivity time is reduced to the minimum, in order to meet the boat owners’ needs. Ranieri Tonissi directly manages a network of over 40 service workshops located in the most strategic points for leisure craft along the Italian coasts. With our subsidiary company Ranieri Tonissi France, we guarantee service support also on the French Riviera.
The service workshops staff regularly attend training courses, both at Ranieri Tonissi premises in Genoa, and at MAN plants in Nuremberg. In order to reduce and avoid any technical error and to make the most of the future combination between engine and boat, Ranieri Tonissi takes extremely care of the technical advise provided to the ship owner and to the shipyard, even before the installation of engines onboard.
Due to this reason, each boat prototype is tested during commissioning under the supervision of Ranieri Tonissi service team of engineers toghether with the service workshop staff. The commissioning of each new boat equipped with MAN engines, even if produced in series, is always carried out by the service workshops qualified staff. For every single boat a commissioning report is drawn up and provided to the boat owner and to the shipyard.
