REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
The renewed branch in Genova Bolzaneto is equipped to perform any kind of repair and maintenance operation on turbochargers. The workshop consists of 1000 m2 and more than 600 m2 of spare parts warehouse (OEM).
Our technicians, specialized on different types of turbochargers, garantee a quick solution to a wide range of possible problems.
SERVICE
Our personnel and superintendent engineers are specialized and certified for work on MAN two-stroke engines and four-stroke engines from Wabtec, MAN, MaK, Bergen, as well as on Emerson (Aventics) pneumatic manoeuvring systems.
We perform troubleshooting, pre-docking inspections, engine diagnostics and performance measurements, supervision and coordination of on-board and shop floor work.
In collaboration with TSI UK and the TSI international network, we ensure rapid on-board intervention coordinated from our Genoa office.

Maintenance friendly marine coolers.
The product portfolio for Hydroniq Coolers consists of the Hydroniq Rack cooler and Hydroniq Pleat cooler, as well as the long existing shell and tube heat exchangers.
TonissiNAVAL department is Channel Partner of Wabtec Corporation for the supply of marine engines, spare parts and service Wabtec (former GE Transportation).
TonissiNAVAL offers, in cooperation with TSI, a complete package of turbocharger spare parts and service from its workshop in Genoa.
